Refund Policy

AureliosDynamics, located at Calle de la Constitución 28, 1, Piso 2 A, Fuenlabrada, Madrid, Spain, is committed to delivering high-quality web agency services. This Refund Policy outlines the conditions under which refunds may be issued for services purchased through our platform.
1. Scope
This policy applies to all services offered by AureliosDynamics, including but not limited to web development, brand identity systems, e-commerce solutions, UI/UX design, performance optimization, SEO, cloud deployment, copywriting, and motion design services.
2. Project-Based Refunds
Refund eligibility for project-based services is determined by the project milestone status: (a) Pre-Initiation — If no work has commenced on your project, you are entitled to a full refund of any advance payment within 14 calendar days of the payment date; (b) In Progress — If work has commenced but the project has not reached the first milestone, a partial refund of up to 50% of the remaining undelivered portion may be issued at our discretion, evaluated on a case-by-case basis; (c) Post-Milestone — Once a project milestone has been delivered and approved, no refund will be issued for that milestone. Work completed at each milestone is considered delivered upon client approval or automated approval after 7 calendar days without explicit rejection; (d) Completed — No refund is available for fully completed and delivered projects.
3. Subscription and Retainer Services
For ongoing retainer or subscription-based services: (a) Cancellations must be submitted in writing at least 30 days before the next billing cycle; (b) Refunds for advance payments are prorated based on the unused portion of the billing period; (c) No refund is issued for services already rendered within a billing period.
4. Exclusions
Refunds will not be issued in the following circumstances: (a) Changes of mind after project initiation; (b) Delays caused by the client, including late feedback, delayed content provision, or failure to respond to communications; (c) Third-party service fees (e.g., domain registration, hosting, licensing) that have already been incurred on the client's behalf; (d) Work that has been approved by the client through explicit written or digital confirmation.
5. Requesting a Refund
To request a refund, please contact us at [email protected] with your project reference, the reason for the refund request, and any supporting documentation. We will acknowledge receipt within 2 business days and provide a resolution within 10 business days of receipt.
6. Dispute Resolution
In the event of a dispute regarding a refund, both parties agree to attempt resolution through good-faith negotiation. If no resolution is reached within 30 days, either party may seek resolution through the competent courts of Madrid, Spain, or through an alternative dispute resolution mechanism as agreed by both parties.

Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the website and services provided by AureliosDynamics, located at Calle de la Constitución 28, 1, Piso 2 A, Fuenlabrada, Madrid, Spain ("the Company," "we," "us," or "our"). By accessing our website, submitting an inquiry, or engaging our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
1. Definitions
"Client" refers to any individual or entity that engages AureliosDynamics for services. "Services" refers to any work, deliverable, or project provided by AureliosDynamics, including web development, design, consulting, and related activities. "Deliverables" refers to the final work product, files, code, and assets provided to the Client as part of the Services.
2. Service Engagement
All service engagements begin upon: (a) Client's acceptance of a written proposal or quote; (b) Receipt of the initial payment or deposit as specified in the proposal; and (c) Confirmation of project scope and milestones. AureliosDynamics will assign a dedicated project lead and provide a detailed timeline for each engagement.
3. Intellectual Property
Upon full payment, all intellectual property rights in the final Deliverables are transferred to the Client. This includes: source code, design assets, written content, and custom configurations created specifically for the Client. AureliosDynamics retains: (a) ownership of reusable frameworks, libraries, and code components that are not exclusively developed for the Client; (b) the right to display the work in our portfolio unless the Client requests otherwise in writing; (c) all pre-existing intellectual property and tools used in the creation of Deliverables.
4. Payment Terms
Payment terms are as follows: (a) An initial deposit of 50% of the total project fee is required before work commences; (b) Remaining payments are invoiced upon milestone completion or upon project delivery; (c) All invoices are payable within 14 calendar days of issuance; (d) Late payments incur a statutory interest rate of 4% per annum, plus a fixed compensation of €40 for recovery costs, in accordance with EU Directive 2011/7/EU; (e) AureliosDynamics reserves the right to suspend work if payment is overdue by more than 7 calendar days.
5. Client Responsibilities
The Client is responsible for: (a) Providing timely access to necessary information, content, assets, and credentials required for project execution; (b) Designating a primary point of contact with decision-making authority; (c) Reviewing and approving deliverables within the timeframes specified in the project timeline; (d) Ensuring that all content provided does not infringe upon third-party intellectual property rights.
6. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law: (a) AureliosDynamics' total liability for any claim arising from or related to the Services shall not exceed the total fees paid by the Client for the specific project giving rise to the claim; (b) AureliosDynamics shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages, including lost profits, data loss, or business interruption; (c) We do not guarantee specific business outcomes, revenue, or performance metrics resulting from the delivered services.
7. Confidentiality
Both parties agree to keep confidential any proprietary information shared during the course of the engagement. This obligation survives the termination of the agreement for a period of 24 months. Confidential information includes business strategies, technical specifications, source code, client lists, and financial data.
8. Termination
Either party may terminate the agreement: (a) With 30 days' written notice; (b) Immediately if the other party commits a material breach that remains uncured for 14 days after written notice; (c) Immediately if the other party becomes insolvent or enters bankruptcy proceedings. Upon termination: the Client is responsible for payment of all work completed up to the termination date; AureliosDynamics will deliver any completed deliverables within 10 business days of final payment receipt.
9. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
These Terms are governed by the laws of Spain and the European Union. Any dispute arising from these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Madrid, Spain, without prejudice to the Client's right to bring proceedings in their place of residence under EU consumer protection directives.
10. Amendments
AureliosDynamics reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated through our website or by direct notification. Continued use of our services after such changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
11. Severability
If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.
